Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、観光振興や移住促進といった政策による過剰な人流（モビリティ）が離島社会にもたらす社会的分断に注目する。離島では伝統的に、コミュニティ内で公平性を保つ「平準化の原理」が重視されてきたが、外部からの過度なモビリティが地域内の受益と負担の偏りを引き起こしている。この研究では、分断の実態を詳細に分析し、それを修復するための新たなモビリティ・ガバナンスのモデルを提案することを目指す。
