Outline of Research at the Start

観光開発と遺産の保全が地域ごとに異なる理由は、観光と遺産それぞれが持つ目的の違いにある。この違いにより、観光と遺産の相互作用が予測できない変化や意図しない結果、すなわち偶有性を生むと考えられる。観光は変化を促進し、遺産は保全を重視する。こうした未来志向の違いから生じる偶有性が地域社会にどのような影響を与えるのか、本研究は、観光と遺産の相互作用に内在する偶有性を、トルコ南西部の村々における観光開発や史跡整備の状況の比較・分析することを通して、観光と遺産の相互作用が生み出す地域社会の変化とその偶有性を民族誌的に描き出すことを目指す。
