Outline of Research at the Start

中国農村部のジオパークでは，道路建設や住宅開発など大規模なインフラ開発を行いながら，地元コミュニティがジオパークと連携して観光開発を展開したことで貧困が解消されつつあり，ジオパークによる観光振興と農村開発が地域に変容をもたらしつつある．この地域に変化を生み出している要因の一つとして考えられるのが，ジオパークの再評価制度である．4年に1度の再評価が実施されることにより，ジオパークの品質改善や新たな取組みが進められ，地域変容をもたらしていると考えられる．そこで，本研究では石林と自貢の２つのユネスコ世界ジオパークの事例から，中国農村部のジオパークにおける地域変容プロセスとその要因について解明する．．
