Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、現代の観光まちづくりにおいて、地域固有の歴史がいかに再発見・再評価され、観光地景観や観光体験に刻み込まれていくのかを解明することである。A.ギデンズの「再埋め込み」概念から現代的観光まちづくりを捉え直し、地域文化の更新過程における観光者との共創や地域イメージの多元化に着目する。具体的には、①地方部歴史観光地での歴史の再埋め込み、②同観光地のメディア言説・地域イメージの変容、③観光事業者等のオンライン広報活動と観光者との共創を分析する。最終的に「地域の歴史の観光利活用に関する現代的日本モデル」を構築し、地域のブランディング向上やアイデンティティ形成への方策提案に繋げる。
