Outline of Research at the Start	今日、観光サービス業においては人手不足が続いており、その解決策として外国人材の活用が模索されている。政府も、外国人材の受け入れや定着を促進するために、さまざまな施策を講じている。一方で、特に宿泊業を中心に、増加する外国人材によるサービスの品質をどのように確保するかという課題も指摘されている。本研究では、今後さらに外国人材の必要性と活躍への期待が高まることを見据え、観光サービス分野におけるサービス品質の向上に必要な要素について、外国人材、旅行者、雇用者のそれぞれの視点から明らかにすることを試みる。
