Outline of Research at the Start

「条件不利地域」は、生業やそれに根ざした地域文化、風景＝ランドスケープの継承地であるが、近年は社会構造の変化や人口減少により、その持続が困難になっている。2024年度の能登半島地震はこうした問題を改めて顕在化させた。風景に根ざした復興には、住民や事業者が主体的に未来を構想し、生活文化を再生していくことが求められる。本研究は、観光による価値創出と持続可能な地域形成を支える風景のあり方に着目し、経済・インフラを含む分野横断的な包括的評価と、地域デザインの仕組み構築を目指す。
