| Outline of Research at the Start |
研究代表者は、主に運営組織と理念的背景・ガストロノミー分析を担当し、また全体の取りまとめを行う。研究分担者の島宗は、本研究では海外旅行会社の意見聴取主に組織の経営学的分析を担当する。同じく研究分担者の伊藤は、 都市地域経営を専門とし、エコツーリズムの研究と農山村の地域振興に取り組んで いる。本研究では文化的景観の保全および地域づくり手法の調査を担当する。さらに、分担者の児玉は元客室乗務員として長年ホスピタリティ・ツーリズの研究を行い、岐阜県高山を研究、現在は沖縄県・愛知県犬山市に取り組んでいる。4者分担で各々の切り口からモデル事業を企画して分析し、台湾へのプロモーション活動を研究する。
