Outline of Research at the Start	司法制度や司法手続には強固なジェンダー・バイアスが存在する。とりわけ国家の刑罰権行使を基礎づける刑事司法は、フェミニズムが再三指摘してきたように、男性支配の典型的な領域といえる。そこで本研究では、女性を被告人とする事件について、刑事司法過程におけるジェンダー規範を検討する。とくに家族・パートナー関係をめぐる事件を取り上げ、法廷言説を分析し、解釈資源となっているジェンダー規範を考察する。その際、階層／国籍などとの交差にも着目する。それは刑事司法の論理からみえる権力の機制を問うことにもなるだろう。
