本研究は、三つの分析方法で構成される。まず、社会保障制度の貧困防止機能を検証するために、①制度の受給率の推計、②受給モデルに基づいた給付水準の分析を行う。さらに、③配偶関係別貧困率と社会保障制度の関係を検証する国際比較分析を行う。
