Outline of Research at the Start

我が国における動物園の多くは来園者の減少と運営資金の確保に関する課題を抱えている．特に公立動物園においては入園料や税金のみに依存することのない，新しい自主財源の開発が求められている．本研究では公立動物園をフィールドに，自治体のオープンデータ等の情報通信技術およびモノづくり技術の積極的な活用による動物園DX推進を産官学民の連携と実践的な手法によって取り組む．自治体のオープンデータ推進による動物園の画像データを活用したオリジナルグッズの企画や制作，無在庫販売等をそれぞれの専門性を活かした連携のDX推進によって実践することで，動物園職員の働き方改革や収益構造改革などの手法の開発に繋げることを目指す．
