Outline of Research at the Start	病識は自己の身体・認知機能が損なわれていることを自覚する能力で、内受容感覚に類似した知覚的・感情的プロセス（フィーリング）である。フィーリングは発汗・心拍変化などの自律神経を介した生理学的反応を利用して測定することが可能である。脳の病気や損傷によって病識の異常、すなわち病態失認が生じる。本研究では、言語障害、視空間認知障害、認知症に対する病態失認を持つ患者を研究対象とし、心理生理学・ニューロイメージングの手法用いて病識の知覚・感情心理学的メカニズムとその神経基盤を明らかにすることを目指す。
