Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、心不全や心原性ショックに対する補助循環治療として用いられる大動脈バルーンパンピング（IABP）の効果を高めるため、2つのバルーンを用いた新しい医療機器システムを開発する。
模擬循環モデルおよび数値シミュレーションを用いてその有効性を検証し、将来的には臨床応用を目指す。安全で効果的な循環補助を実現することにより、重症心疾患患者の救命率向上に貢献するものである。
