Outline of Research at the Start

急性期脳梗塞患者を灌流画像群と通常画像群にランダム化し、機械的血栓回収療法を含む再灌流療法を施行するランダム化二重盲検並行群間比較試験を行う。対象は発症後6時間以内の脳主幹動脈閉塞による急性期脳梗塞患者。灌流画像群はさらに灌流ミスマッチがある症例を対象とし、通常画像群では頭部CTまたはMRIの拡散強調画像でASPECTSが3点以上の症例を対象とする。主要評価項目は発症90日後の臨床転帰、また副次評価項目には症候性頭蓋内出血、90日以内の死亡、EQ-5D-5Lが含まれる。灌流画像の有用性が示されれば、治療成績の向上、適切な血栓回収療法と不適切な血栓回収療法の減少による医療費軽減に貢献できる。
