Outline of Research at the Start

左室収縮が保たれているにもかかわらず心不全症状を生じる病態（HFpEF）は、心不全の中でも半数以上を占めており、年齢、肥満、生活習慣病等といったリスク要因が重なって引き起こされる。HFpEFの高リスク例を早期に検出できれば、早期治療介入によって心不全を予防できる可能性がある。HFpEFの高リスク要因の中に年齢があり、加齢によって心形態の変化が生じることは知られているが、この変化がHFpEF発症と関与するかは不明である。そこで本研究では、二次元および三次元心エコー法による心形態の変化と心機能との関係を検討することで、高齢患者からHFpEF高リスク例を弁別できるかを調べる。
