Outline of Research at the Start	双極症は再発が多いが、心理介入で半減可能だ。しかし我が国ではその機会に乏しい。申請者は日本うつ病学会診療ガイドライン2023で、実証された各心理技法に重複する共通要素を集約し、低強度心理教育としての早期提供を提言したが、具体的なプログラムやエビデンスに欠くため、本研究ではその開発とフィジビリティを検討する。アウトカムとして、インパクトの強い入院や再発の回数減には大規模試験を要し、評価尺度では微細な症状変化が見逃されがちで、これらは治療開発上の障害だ。細微な変化も捉えられるデジタルフェノタイプを評価に加え、小規模研究でも正確に介入効果が判定できることを示し、双極症治療開発のあり方に一石を投じる。
