Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、新規核酸免疫アジュバントであるD35LNP製剤の抗腫瘍効果と医療経済的価値を、in vitroおよびin vivoのヒト悪性黒色腫モデルを用いて検証する。免疫チェックポイント阻害薬との併用により、治療効果の増強と免疫関連副作用の軽減を確認し、ヒト臨床応用の可能性と費用対効果を明らかにすることで、次世代がん治療法としての実用化を目指す。
