Outline of Research at the Start

本研究ではCOVID-19mRNAワクチンの複数回接種後のヒト検体及びマウス動物実験により，mRNAの体内動態を明らかにするとともに、スパイクタンパク質に対するS抗体，中和活性，血中サイトカイン, microRNA及び各種副反応との関係について明らかにするとともに、血中における存在様式等について解析し、その機能について明らかにするとともに、新規のmRNAワクチン評価法の開発を目指す。
