Outline of Research at the Start

切断者が義足で歩くためには、切断した足(断端)を入れる部分の「ソケット適合」、各パーツの取り付け角度と位置を調整する「アライメント調整」が重要である。しかし、これらが適切か評価するための指標がなく、その判断は義肢装具士の主観や経験に委ねられている。そこで本研究は、1)適合したソケット内の理想的な圧力分布を解明し、2)アライメント調整が歩行時のソケット内圧に及ぼす影響を検証する。以上から、3)ソケット内の圧力分布をパターン分類し、ソケット適合・アライメント調整の新たな評価指標を構築する。
