Outline of Research at the Start

乳がん手術で腋窩リンパ節郭清を受けた患者は術後、肩関節の可動域改善のリハビリを行うが、自宅に移行後はセルフ・アセスメントが不十分なため継続が困難となる場合がある。申請者は、肩の動きを「見える化」するために、肌着の代わりに着用できる角度センサ付きウェアを開発したが、自宅での長期使用には耐用性や精度面で課題があった。そこで本研究では、センサの配置位置の最適化や個人差による誤差の解消に取り組み、計測精度を向上させた専用ウェア型センサを開発する。さらに、自宅での実用性を評価しつつ、リハビリスタッフが適切に介入できるタイミングを見極めることで、病院から在宅まで一貫した肩のリハビリ支援体制の確立を目指す。
