Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、1910~20年代における朝鮮牛の帝国内流通（生産・取引・消費）を構造的に分析し、その移動が植民地朝鮮および日本本土の地域社会に与えた社会経済的影響を明らかにすることを目的とする。畜産農家による生産、市場での取引、日本人業者の活動、検疫・輸送体制、そして消費の実態までを一連の流れとして実証的に把握し、資源移動を通じた帝国・植民地関係の再構築を試みる。
