Outline of Research at the Start	日本国内におけるツーリスティフィケーションに関して、歴史的建造物が観光資源になっている地域を対象に商業施設や不動産価格の変化など、観光による影響を明らかにする。特に「居場所の立ち退き」に着目をして、観光振興に伴う変化を地域住民がどのように感じているのか、アンケートやインタビュー調査から明らかにする。また、ツーリスティフィケーションを発現させない方策について、その対策が先行しているアムステルダム市で調査を行い、日本の現状と比較しながら検討する。
