Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、所有権の絶対性概念を批判的に検討することによって、所有権の帰属とは相対的に確定していくほかない性質のものであることを明らかにする。特に、上記目的を実現するべく、二重譲渡の法律構成、占有と所有権との関係、取得時効の法律構成について、フランス法との比較法的検討を行うとともに、カント哲学を参照した哲学的検討を行う。
