Outline of Research at the Start

Prejudice harms societies and economies, while contact interventions may reduce it. However, their impact on economic performance remains unclear. I will address this by running lab experiments in Japan and other countries to test how contact affects team productivity, aiming to quantify the economic value of diversity and the social gains of inclusion.
