Outline of Research at the Start

近年、労働市場への競争法適用に関する議論が米国を中心に進められている。とくに雇用者である企業側の市場支配力を、産業組織論で培われてきた構造推定手法により推定することに期待が寄せられている。一方で、構造推定する際に必要な労働者と企業の属性と雇用契約、とくに個別の賃金データを利用することは難しく、とくに就業者の転職活動に関しては公的データではカバーできないため、市場レベルの実証分析は世界でもほとんど行われていない。本研究の学術的「問い」は、日本の労働市場における求職求人サーチ\&マッチング行動と競争政策的問題に対し、民間と公共のプラットフォームデータを用いて包括的かつ実証的な分析を行うことである。
