本研究は、保育所の入所調整において落選者に対して加点する制度が、申請者の戦略的行動を誘発し、結果として経済厚生にどのような影響を及ぼしているかを明らかにするものである。実際の保育所申請データを用いて、制度の変更が申請者行動に与える影響を分析し、より望ましい制度設計を提案することを目的とする。
