Outline of Research at the Start

新型コロナウイルスの流行以降、在宅勤務が浸透して働き方が多様化した。先行研究においては、在宅勤務による生産性の変化や不動産賃料の変化が分かった。しかし、在宅勤務が労働者と企業へ与える影響以外については明らかになっていないものが多い。本研究課題においては、在宅勤務による柔軟な働き方が社会へ与える影響を明らかにすることを目的として、2つの視点からアプローチする。第一に、柔軟な働き方が居住地選択へ影響を与える可能性について議論する。第二に、柔軟な働き方により、家計の生活時間の配分が受けた影響について分析・整理する。
