Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、音声、動画、移動ログ、バイタルなどのデータを用いてオフィス利用状況や労働・健康指標を数値化し、新しいオフィスレイアウトが労働者の働き方や生産性、健康　状態に与える影響を明らかにする。本研究の知見は、最適な働き方の制度設計や労働者の　生産性・健康状態を改善するオフィス設計に対する有効なエビデンスとなり、テレワークと対面出社が両立するアフターコロナ社会において、広く社会実装されることが期待される
