Outline of Research at the Start	アンダーエンプロイメントは、賃金、就労時間、就労内容などの点で劣った質の雇用を指す。アンダーエンプロイメントは、仕事への意欲の低下を通じて企業の生産性に影響を及ぼすと考えられるが、日本の就労者を対象とした研究は少ない。そこで本研究では、日本の労働市場の二重構造が就労者のアンダーエンプロイメント知覚に与える影響と、アンダーエンプロイメント知覚が職務態度、ウェルビーイングに与える影響を検証する。
