Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，近年発覚した組織不祥事が有する「長期間または広範囲にわたり，不正行為が行われていた」という特徴に着目し，組織内で不正行為が拡大したメカニズムを解明することを目的としている．
そこで本研究では，①不正行為拡大の先行条件の探索，②拡大する不正行為の特性を検討を通じ，不正行為の拡大メカニズムをモデル化し，組織内の不正行為を早期発見・早期解決するための実践的な提言を試みる．
