Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、移民がいかなる「移民の主体性」をもって（１）国際移動を行い、その後（２）母国に帰国またはホスト国に滞在（定住）をするのかを問う。従来、国際移動を説明するのに使われてきたプッシュ・プル理論、世界システム論とは視点を変えて「移民の主体性」に着目する。日本の技能実習制度・特定技能制度、韓国の雇用許可制で国際移動をしている（いた）ベトナム人を対象とし、日本、韓国、ベトナムの三カ国で40名にインタビュー調査を行う。
