Outline of Research at the Start

患いの正統化をめぐってさまざまな場面で論争が生じている「論争中の病」を患う人々は、フルタイム労働規範が強まる新自由主義社会において、労働者としても病者・障害者としても「不適格な」存在とみなされかねない。本研究は、病者の営みを「見えざる労働」として捉えることで、労働の多様性とともに、病者の主体性を評価しようとする視点に潜む問題を批判的に検討する。加えて、障害・難病に関する法制度が「論争中の病」を患う人々においてどのように経験されているかについて「包摂的周縁化」の観点から考察する。
