Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、地域の中に開門賛成者と反対者、そして多くの無関心層が同居している諫早湾干拓事業をめぐる問題を対象に、傍観者となっている地元住民を巻き込んだ合意形成のあり方の研究を行うものである。有明海地域の住民たちが、いかにして自らの地域の環境・文化の価値を再認識できるのか、あるいは地域住民の参加による地域の環境と社会の再生がいかにして可能なのかを明らかにすることが本研究の目標である。
