Outline of Research at the Start

在日外国人が増加しており、イスラム教を信仰する人（以下, ムスリム）も増加している。ムスリムは厳格な宗教に関連した生活習慣があり、特に食事と礼拝は日本の生活習慣と大きく異なる。災害時はこの生活習慣を自助で維持することが困難になるが、イスラム文化の実態を理解することが難しいため自治体の対応は遅れている。本研究では、増加する在日ムスリムに着目し、災害時に自治体と連携し、信仰生活の拠点である礼拝堂（以下, モスク）を拠点としたムスリムコミュニティで支え合う共助体制の構築を目指す。これにより、自治体の負担を減らし、災害時でもムスリムの文化的・宗教的尊厳が守られた支援が実現できるようになると期待される。
