Outline of Research at the Start

認知症を有する人が住み慣れた地域でその人らしく暮らすためには質の高いケア・サービスの提供が重要であるが、認知症ケアに携わる専門職のスティグマの実態は十分把握されていない。スティグマは、認知症を有する人のサービス利用や意思決定参画を阻害したり、専門職の実践上の困難や葛藤につながっている可能性がある。そこで本研究では、介護支援専門員における認知症スティグマの実態を把握したうえで、スティグマ軽減に向け介入可能な要因の検討を行う。この結果を踏まえ、実践上の困難や葛藤の軽減、より質の高いケア・サービスの提供、認知症共生社会の実現に資することを目指す。
