Outline of Research at the Start

児童相談所一時保護所では、子ども側の課題・職員側の課題・組織側の課題が相互に影響し合い、子ども中心のアプローチを困難化させる状況が各研究文脈において問題視されている。一方、研究代表者はかねてより子ども中心のアプローチに注目し、一時保護所の課題解決への有用性を示してきた。本研究では一時保護所の子どもがその家族や支援者から子ども中心の関わりを体験できる頻度を増やすことを目的に、本邦初となる一時保護所の子ども中心のアプローチとして、子ども中心の関わりに基づく権利教育・心理教育の構想と尺度作成並びに効果検証を行う。また、他職種への普及を念頭に置き、教材と尺度の運用方法を説明する資料作成を行う。
