本研究では、異なる脂肪酸および油脂が腸管バリアと免疫機能に与える影響を細胞・動物モデルで検討し、さらに食事パターンの影響も評価する。これにより、油脂選択の重要性に関する新たな知見を提供し、腸管バリア機能障害に関わる疾患への食事療法の発展に貢献することを目指す。
