Outline of Research at the Start	近年、児童生徒の健康課題は多様化・複雑化し、これらに対応していくためには、教師の資質・能力の向上が求められる。本研究は、栄養教諭を学校給食管理や集団への食育のみならず、個々の健康状態に応じた栄養・食事支援の中核とすることを目指す。研究項目は、主に栄養アセスメントシートの作成、栄養教諭のICT活用状況等の検討、多職種協働に向けた教職員インタビュー調査であり、最終的に食に関する個別的な相談指導の卒後教育プログラム開発を行う。本研究成果は、栄養教諭の資質・能力を向上させ、栄養・食事の観点から、健康課題のある児童生徒１人１人の発育発達に合わせた栄養支援の推進に寄与することが期待される。
