Outline of Research at the Start	食物アレルゲンが抗原性を持ったまま腸管から体内に吸収されることは食物アレルギー発症の第一段階であるが、アレルゲンの吸収に影響を及ぼす因子については不明な点も多い。本研究では、ラットに卵アレルギーのアレルゲンであるオボアルブミンと、脂質や食物繊維等の食品成分を混合したものを投与し、食物アレルゲンの腸管透過性（腸管吸収）を評価する。この方法により、食品成分が食物アレルゲンの腸管吸収に及ぼす影響を検討し、食生活と腸管透過性の視点から食物アレルギー発症機序の解明につなげることを目的とする。
