Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、授業研究を通して教師の専門家共同体形成の支援を行い、長期的に学校現場 で教師の学びの伴走者として活動してきた国内外の教師教育者を対象とし、1)学校現場での支援内容と教師教育者としての専門性(文化的・社会的側面)、2)教師の専門家共同体との関係性と職業的倫理の理解(政治的・倫理的側面)、3)教師教育者自身の振り返りと学び続ける意味(自己と学びの意味)、について検討する。この3点の成果を元に、社会学の概念で主に組織学の現場に応用されているリフレクシヴィティの枠組みを応用し、教師教育者の役割、信念、価値観、現場との関係性等を国際的に批判検討し、総合的に解明する。
