Outline of Research at the Start	就労や生活上の困難を経験した若者への支援（若者支援）は、担い手の多様さや養成課程が不在であることなどから、領域内の共通了解や専門性の確立が不十分となってきた。これに対し若者支援の専門性や価値の同定を試みる研究が進められつつあるが、大局的議論の下では実践者自身の価値の形成プロセスは捨象されてしまう。しかし、実践者がいかに価値を形成し変容させていくかは実践の質の担保にかかわる重要な課題である。本研究では、①実践者が何を拠り所にいかに価値を体得・形成・深化・変容させているのか明らかにし、また同時に②その過程を促進する方法を明らかにすることで、実践の質を高める方途に寄与することをめざす。
