Outline of Research at the Start

普遍的な教授学習形態となりつつある協働的な学習に対する教師の力量形成過程はほとんど検討されていない。そこで本研究は， 若手教師の協働的な学習に対する実践的力量の発達過程について，実践的力量の変容とその変容に関わる要因を明らかにすることである。本研究を通して，協働的な学習の高度な理解を目指す教員養成，教師教育，専門的成長・発達の在り方に対する視座の提供を目指す。
