Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、義務教育以降に来日する生徒が急増している大阪市X地区の多文化化する高校に着目し、フィールドワークとインタビューを通じて、高校を起点として生まれつつある地域のさまざまな社会的アクターとのネットワークの形成過程や機能を明らかにすることが目的である。大阪の在日外国人教育は、被差別マイノリティの解放教育を土台に取り組まれてきた経緯がある。この文脈において生じている「スーパーダイバーシティ」状況に対して、外国ルーツ高校生の学びと進路保障のためのインクルーシブな教育のあり方を、地域のネットワークや協働の観点から考察し構想する。
