Outline of Research at the Start	学校現場における児童生徒間のトラブルを「いじめ」として判断・対処する／しない教員らの日常的な実践はどのように成り立っているのか。また教員らの日常的な実践において、いじめに関する法令・通知等はどのように参照されているのか。これらの問いのもと、本研究では児童生徒間トラブルやいじめに関する法制度と実践の関係に注目する視点から、経験的な研究を展開し、いじめに関わる現在の法制度の問題点や課題を考察する。
