Outline of Research at the Start

幼児教育・保育において、最も優先されるべきは安全であるが、幼児教育・保育の現場からの事故の報告は後を絶たない。事故を防ぐためには、組織的なリスクマネージメントが必要になる。また、保育所などでは2023年度から「安全管理マニュアル」の作成が義務付けられるようになったが、徹底されていない現状がある。そこで、本研究では、幼児教育・保育施設でのリスクマネージメントの実態を把握し、先進的なリスクマネージメントに取り組む幼児・保育施設の個別的な事例を定性的に明らかにする。また、それぞれの調査によって得られた知見をもとに、新たなリクマネージメントの研修内容の開発を目指す。
