Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は小学校現場で増加している子ども同士の対立問題に対して、教師と子どもによる修復的な解決を目指すために、学級において「修復的対話（Restorative Approaches）」を効果的・持続的に実施するためのビデオ教材と研修開発を行うことを目的とする。具体的には、まず研究Iとして「修復的対話に関する学級集団と教師の実態および特性の調査」を行い、次に研究Ⅱとして「修復的対話を効果的に実施するための教員研修プログラムの開発」を行う。加えて研究Ⅲでは「自治体レベルにおける研修プログラムの効果検証」を行う。
