Outline of Research at the Start

今日の学校教育の現場では人種・民族，言語，宗教などが多様な外国人児童（CLD児）が急増しており，こうした文化的背景に対応した指導の充実が急務となっている．特に，体育学習及び保健学習は，文化的価値観や宗教的慣習と密接に関わる内容（スポーツ，健康，安全）が取り扱われることから，教師の指導のあり方とその方向性を決定づける管理職のリーダーシップが，子どもの人権や学びを保障する上で大きく影響する．そこで本研究では，「文化に対応した指導（CRT）」に着目して，多文化共生に基づく教育を実現し，CLD児の不平等の解消とすべての子どものインクルーシブ教育の実現を目指した教師教育プログラムの開発に着手する．
