Outline of Research at the Start

近年、知的障害のある児童生徒のメンタルヘルスへの関心が高まっており、その支援の一つとして情動調整方略の獲得に関する心理教育的支援が注目されている。しかし、現在考案されている情動調整に関する心理教育的支援については、認知行動療法を活用した情動調整方略の獲得に焦点を当てた支援に限局している状況にある。そこで、本研究では、身体志向アプローチを活用した、知的障害のある児童生徒への情動調整方略の獲得を目的とした心理教育的支援の方法を提案し、その有効性を検証する。また、児童生徒の個々の実態に応じた支援方法の工夫や配慮について検討し、知的障害のある児童生徒への情動調整支援に関する系統的なモデルを構築する。
