Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は，教員のICT活用指導力向上を促進するため，生成AIを活用した研修モデルを開発し，評価を行うことを目的とする。具体的には，ICT活用研修において，生成AIを活用し，① 学習者に対する研修中の個別の支援を強化し，②双方向的な学びを深め，③一人一人のニーズに応じたコンテンツを提供するためのモデルを開発する。また，学習者の研修前後の状況について，質問紙調査における実証データを基に分析し，開発したモデルの評価を行う。
