Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、1) 大学教員の授業に関する実践知に含まれる暗黙知を形式知として明示するプロセスを明らかにし、対話型AIシステムの設計原理を考案する、2) この設計原理に基づき、大学教員の暗黙知が形式知化される過程を支援する生成AIシステムを開発する、3) 生成AIシステムに支援され導出される暗黙知の内容や性質とその導出過程が、人間同士の対話や協働によるものと相違があるかについて検証し明らかにすることを目的とする。これらを通じて、大学教員の教育実践コミュニティにおいて対話型AIシステムが教員の実践知の導出と共有をどのように支援できるのかを実証的に検討する。
