Outline of Research at the Start

認知行動療法では「ソクラテス式対話」を行うことが効果的であると経験的に知られている。しかし，この経験則がどのような作用機序に裏付けられているのか明らかではない。ソクラテス式対話の効果に関わる現象として，問題解決につながる情報に対する「腑に落ちる理解」の生起と，治療同盟の質の向上が関係していると考えられる。そこで本研究では，クライエントの腑に落ちる理解と治療同盟に焦点を当てて，ソクラテス式対話の作用機序を明らかにすることを目的とする。特に本研究では，ソクラテス式対話を他者評定できる尺度の信頼性・妥当性を示し，ソクラテス式対話の分析を可能にしたうえで，実際の面接データの解析を行う。
